The VSCPA’s government affairs initiatives in 2013–2014 were even more member-driven than in previous years. One prime example was Virginia’s Interest Charge-Domestic International Sales Corporation (IC-DISC) legislation, an issue brought to the Society’s attention by member Ryan Losi, CPA, a partner with Glen Allen firm PIASCIK.
